Hope they go back to rotating the leagues once a week. Two weeks in a row of any league becomes stale. Great League has honestly become too hard to play in and I can’t play Master League so my enthusiasm for playing has lowered so much.

Abomasnow nidoqueen sableye was my go-to triple shadow team for the great league last. Pre nidoqueen Nurf Queen replacing swampert helped with counter users in the lead

He knows that azumarill’s hp is too high for swampert to farm down, so he just scarifies obama to do chip dmg which perfectly set up for swampert to sweep. God that is something

I do use obamasnow however it's no concern for me when my opponent comes with one because talonflame is always part of my team... also sableye is no problem as it's vulnerable to fairy & it does not have any available move that's good vs fairy... Gota admit though... swampert is a PITB, it can weak havoc on my team as I dont have any good grass unit below 1500

That's where abomasnow comes handy with it's grass moves. IMHO there's aint that many good grass units (like Kartana) but if you have another type unit with grass move on the side comes handy against few commonly used mons where your opponent did not expect a grass move... I've used blaziken with blast burn & stone edge against Charizard hoping the opponent will not shield out because did not expect a rock attack from blaziken... worked well in some cases!

I think it's more skill than luck like Zyonik says. His ability to manage energy, team read, and beat difficult leads are top notch. He beat a Medi and Goon lead (granted the OPP made a mistake not going for Brave Bird).

Also Pure skill kek. 14:10 opponent swaps in lanturn into a loaded shadow swampert. Skill, clearly. 17:05 terrible swap in by opponent, but of course huge display of skill by our fine battler. 20:06 regi no shields a shadow swampert eq. Mad skill. Yeah I guess you guys are right. I mean.. I get it, everytime you guys see a win you're like holy shit that was skill! But yeah most of the time it isn't. This guys opponents made such blatant mistakes I can't help but feel this was staged.
