Brother, Its nice that some one discuss this as i was missing this kind of lecture from very long time. As especially in Muslims manners are very rare now. Honestly i am not exaggerating, i m living in ksa from many years now and having experience of contacting with many Arab's, And found that manners are highly missing in current and future generations. And most importantly in Pakistan, manners are highly missing. For example, eating, talking, discussion manners and most importantly tolerance. Mistreat others and disrespect others is like mandatory now. We cannot totally depend on education system, it is the basic duty of parents to teach manners to their child but what if parent don't know about basic manners of life. Giving bribery and getting ur work done out of way is essential in these days in Pakistan especially. I saw many highly educated people (on very high posts) who have no manners to eat, you seriously cannot (especially me) sit with them while they are eating as their eating noise is like some animal is eating (sorry to say). sorry i am writing more, but this is also important that in ARAB's the good thing which is still resides in them is that they are highly using Alhamdolilah Jazakallah and giving lot of Dua's to each other when they met each other... And sadly in pakistan it is no more, If u ask anyone in pakistan how r u they are bluntly saying "fine" where goes Alhamdolilah and why not, how we become so ignorant in thanking to Allah in all espects of life. Again I apologize for taking time. i believe you can make a separate podcast only on life manners.

Hazrat Adi Ibn Arta Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ke Sahaba (Radi Allahu Anhuma) mein se agar kisi ki tarif ki jati to wo ye dua padhte اللَّهُمَّ لاَ تُؤَاخِذْنِي بِمَا يَقُولُونَ، وَاغْفِرْ لِي مَا لا يَعْلَمُونَ‏. Allahumma La tuaakhizni bima Yaquluna, waghfirli Ma la Yalamun Eh Allah , ye log jo mere baare mein kahte hain (yani tarif karte hain) us par meri giraft na farma aur mere wo gunah bhi bakhs de jinka ye log abhi ilm nahi rakhte Al-Adab Al-Mufrad (Imam Bukhari), 761 ---------- عدی بن ارطاہ رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے رسول اللہ صلی الله علیہ وسلم کے اصحاب میں سے اگر کوئی تعریف کرتا تو وہ یہ دعا ارشاد فرماتے اللَّهُمَّ لاَ تُؤَاخِذْنِي بِمَا يَقُولُونَ، وَاغْفِرْ لِي مَا لا يَعْلَمُونَ‏ Allahumma La tuaakhizni bima Yaquluna, waghfirli Ma la Yalamun اے الله یہ لوگ جو میرے بارے میں کہتے ہیں (یعنی تعریف کرتے ہیں) اس پر میری گرفت نہ فرمانا اور میرے وہ گناہ بھی بخش دے جس کا یہ لوگ ابھی علم نہیں رکھتے الأدب المفرد حدیث ٧٦١ ، امام البخاري صحیح ---------- हज़रत अदि इब्न अरता रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु से रिवायत है वसल्लम के सहाबा (रदी अल्लाहू अन्हुमा) में से अगर किसी की तारीफ की जाती तो वो ये दुआ पढ़ते اللَّهُمَّ لاَ تُؤَاخِذْنِي بِمَا يَقُولُونَ، وَاغْفِرْ لِي مَا لا يَعْلَمُونَ‏. अल्लाहुम्मा ला तुआखिज़नी बीमा याक़ुलुना, वगफिरली मा ला याअलमुन एह अल्लाह , ये लोग जो मेरे बारे में कहते हैं (यानी तारीफ करते हैं) उस पर मेरी गिरफ़्त ना फरमा और मेरे वो गुनाह भी बख्स दे जिनका ये लोग अभी इल्म नही रखते अल-अदाब अल-मुफरद (इमाम बुखारी), 761 --------------- Dua to recite while somebody praise you ---------- Adi ibn Arta Radi Allahu Anhu said, When one of the Companions of the Rasool-Allah Sa
