My mornings are always such a rush, but I took the time to listen and watch this and now I will make sure to get up 15 min. early every morning to do this meditation. The rhythm of presentation, the Binaural Beats, the inspiring affirmations and your soothing voice really compels me to be in the present and in the moment and focused.
