Yes there will be a light at the end of the tunnel. I kept on asking myself: where is that light?, when will I get there? Why every minute passes ever so slow? But to my surprise it came!!!! And I was so grateful it did. we must believe, trust, and truly want the best for ourselves. This is a great meditation that is reminding me this moment to take a deep breath and trust the process I am going through…and… Yes I am feeling calmer, forgiving to others that hurt me, probably unintentionally. I started listening to this every single morning during the start of the pandemic when everything was shut down. I had also just moved back in with my mother, who was at the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s, at that time. Not only was I trying to process all of the pandemic chaos like everyone else, but I was also trying to process the grief of knowing that I would soon lose the mother that I know. No money,job,am unable to stand for long d/t injury that didn't heal,so lost my 40 yr nursing career,by no fault of my own have destroyed credit & am being evicted & possibly sued. I've been under attack for years & am doing warfare. Praying Blessing Loving & not turning bitter. Relying on my Faith & knowing it can & Will All turn in an instant. I Believe in LOVE"FAITH JOY MIRICLES & GOD. I've been going to sleep to certain prayer,warfare & healing u tube videos. I set them & they play till end & stop when done. I wake to silence....but yesterday somehow instead of the silence,I woke to this piece of heaven! I was Happy,Peaceful & free of stress & pain. I didn't want to open my eyes.
