Its not about being professional cuz many reknown professionals even apply eye make up without any applicator n its very easy if we apply the base without any brush... Try out urself as ive been doing my base n eye make up without any brush since yrs....but if uve to do the crease kinda eye make up than probably uve to use few brushes but applying base with ur fingers is far easier than any brush / applicator
