All three are very good. I always enjoy their talk, especially Nadia Khan is so much fun. I can hear her talk for hours 😂 One correction: Psychiatrist and therapist are NOT the same. Psychiatrist is a doctor who treats mental illness with medication. Therapist is a psychologist who helps with mental illness through therapy, counseling, talks. Therapist cannot prescribe medication.
