A lot of foreign workers are also working in Countries like Malaysia,Hong Kong,South Korea and Japan in various sectors due to manpower shortages.But this Countries only provide individuals work permits as long as they are needed.They don’t give settlements or PR’s.What happens when UK plans to cease ILR to foreign nationals such as high skilled workers etc due to high influx of migrants putting pressure on schools,NHS and housings.

For extension visa, i thought there was no minimum salary threshold? You mentioned £29,000 or going rate (whichever is higher). What if someone is paid less than £29,000 but above the previous minimum threshold of £26,200 and above the going rate for the job?

If you are working with Org-A on a sponsored visa you can switch to Org-B. *First once you get a job offer from Org-B, they would run your background check and then apply for a new COS. *Once you get the COS then your visa is almost secured. Post that Org-B Will initiate your Skilled work visa. *If your visa is approved, you will be notified by mail. * Now Org-B will confirm your job offer. You have secured your job and visa now. *The next step is to initiate job resignation with Org-A and serve notice period. *Once over, your employment is terminated completely and you can start working with Org-B from the date of your new "COS start date"
