Neetu didi lakhan bhaiya is right here , this thing is not about personal life , this is the topic about sex education. In india sex education is so necessary but mostly teachers avoids this topic in schools . I don't know but that's really shocking thing . She delivered a baby 3 month ago and again pregnant. May be sudhir is not educated that's why it's happening.but it's your responsibility to tell thek about these things. We should have atleast 2 years gap between two deliveries. Otherwise it will affect mother and both babies. A woman faces the maximum pain of this World to deliver a baby then her body needs rest . Or according to science after delivery, in 6 months we have less chance to pregnant bur i think sudhir stared physical relationship with her wife so fast and and continuous relationship that's why it's the result of it . I think it will affect a lot to new born baby and mother's health . In this period Sudhir can us many contraceptive methods to prevent pregnancies but no he didn't. Bcz in india a man thinks that his wife is only just for sex, they can't feel the pain of newly mother and don't use perceptions and that's why woman suffers a lot . I think we have many people like sudhir in india , and we should give sex education to them .

Jab body mein pain hota hai toh inflammation (halki jalan mehsoos hona ) increase hota hai body mein Jo kabhi kabhi eyes tak travel karta hain aur eyes mein jalan si mehsoos hoti hai. Blood test karaoo CRP (C Reactive Protein) . Isse pata chal jayega ki body mein kitna inflammation hain . Mera CRP 20 aaya tha aur normal range 3 hota hai. Mujhe bhi pehle body pain samajh mein nahi aaya ki kyun ho raha hai. Jab test Kiya toh pata chala body mein bahut jyada inflammation hai. Avoid sugar as much as possible as it increases inflammation in our body.

Leg pain is maily due to iron deficiency. Neetu please get your iron level checked. I might be wrong but have noticed that in my case. If i take iron supplements, I don't feel pain in my legs.
