Yes God is all the things you preached. However, he is also a just God. Out of his/our desire to walk in a relationship is to strive to please him, just as you strive to please your wife and not grieve her by doing things she does not like. Just to say we love God is not enough. The proof is in the pudding. Obviously not by our might but by the power of God. It’s a balance of love in action and when we miss the mark; God is there to bring comfort and forgiveness when we call on him. The process is always involves pressing forward to the prize. I don’t claim to have attained perfection but far from it. But I do pray pastors would preach a more balanced message. PS. It would be nice not to hear ministers use the words “Jacked Up”. God bless you and and all you do. Yours is not an easy calling to minister to our hurting world.
