Easily the best. Hands down. We had the best finance Minister but IMF recruited him. We are lucky. It's just like how we were lucky to have that football team of crazy ballers that took us to the world cup. We must make use of it. Showa must stay in power.

Positivity my youth; but I'm still waiting for the results!!! Jamaica experience a lot of rain annually, so pot holes keep reappearing, now i hope this will be a permanent fix especially deep rural roads that farmers used. My blessings to the government in this initiative..

@@anthonyfrancis9363 A part of the problem was that roads were not being properly fixed and contractors could glean money by lowering the quality of input. A part of this agreement is to improve quality of drains and roads. So even after the two years, spending a whopping 40 billion, the contractor will still be answerable for the work quality up to another year. You can't ask for a better plan. Strong surfaces will buy enough time to fix every crevasse and corner...although the rains wont stop. It's always a give and take but we will do alright. Jamaica IS improving FAST. Respect.
