Govt should use a part of it to pre pay some of its debt. This will reduce govt's interest burden for years to come. Govt has already asked RBI to buyback govt bonds worth Rs 40,000 crore.

Govt is sleeping partner in every one profit and no security for loss... Sukh mai govt Saathi dukh me na koi... We have double taxation on almost everything... We pay taxes out of our already taxed money the government is biggest looter
