Very moving Benjamin Luxon ' I'll walk beside you' and charming ' Give me a ticket to heaven' - some years later he went deaf during a concert, but eventually medical technology caught up and I believe he recovered his hearing enough to appear in opera again . A marvellous artist especially in duet with Robert Tear.

I was so thrilled to hear it start with music from Pirates of Penzance but when they started singing something else I was so disappointed.
