I did not know this song existed until today, haven't played Hades yet, so I was blown away by this overwhelmingly beautiful rendition. It feels like the perfect song for the end of the world. It transmits a sweet sense of melancholy and relief, like a feeling that something has ended for good. You really did a great job here, my dear friend. Your voice is magical and powerful, but also soft and tender, and fits the emotional theme of the song perfectly. You surpass yourself easily with every song!

Why not get both AC:Valhalla and Cyberpunk? You'll have hours and hours of gameplay to fill the days in 2021 haha :D and maybe there are hidden songs with bardic potential within the games? :D

@@celtiberianwarrior3783 Oh nice! Yeah, I really want to play both games, but I know I won't be finished with AC Valhalla by December and I usually prefer to finish one game before I start the next. And of course, I'll want to start Cyberpunk as soon as I get it haha. We'll see what happens. Maybe they'll delay Cyberpunk again and I'll have time to finish Valhalla =P I already found some sea chanties they sing on the boat on AC Valhalla, I'll be taking a closer look at those over the next few days and see if I can record any. Please keep me posted if you come across any potential covers as well!

In fact so good that I'd like to learn this version, too, as it features less barre chords to break my wrist :D I'm struggling a bit with the Bb part of the bridge though in terms of what notes to pick exactly (just sounds wrong somehow with Darren Korb's version of the picking). Hi, CdLIRE4PER! Thank you so much, I'm really happy to hear you like my version! I did simplify the song quite a bit, to the point where I just kept a consistent picking pattern through all the chords. I believe Korb's version uses a different instrument with only 4 strings, so it won't really be the same on a guitar. I'm not even sure if what he plays is a Bb chord, but I found the sound to be very close anyway, and I just went for the basic shape of the chord. Sorry I can't help you any more than that, but I hope you have fun playing this song anyway! Thank you again for the support!

Hi Nikolai! Thank you very much, I'm so glad you're enjoying my music =D Don't worry, singing takes time and patience. The important thing is to focus on enjoying the music. I think the key is not to get discouraged, it really won't happen overnight - so don't get upset, you'll get there! Also, don't try to imitate other singers - your voice is different than theirs. Sing where is comfortable for you, and with time and a good voice teacher you can extend your vocal range.
