Nice sir I think almost a week back u told not to be very euphoric, after that I sold many stocks of mine just with few percent returns, though it was high 2 days after budget didn't took new, coz in your video u specially told don't take new positions in stocks and be careful while investing. No, dii controlled by indian government, budget released few days back, it cause disappointment in fii, so they are aggressively withdrawing money from the market, incase market falls more than 10% to 20% after budget release, government can't blame others but take the responsibility, so it want to Indian institutes pump the money in the market

Nifty didn’t close above 24000. It closed below today. It closed at 23992.55. Not even sure if you are looking at the post market value.

On charts its 24033.... 23992 is the weighted average of last half an hour....

Exactly at 3.30pm , the Nifty was above 24000 (+ 15 or 17 points ) , but when i again checked after 5 minutes , i found it was less than 24000 by - 9 points . I observed these kind of minor changes in Nifty after 3.30pm many times in the past 2 weeks.
