This is perfect. My friend just started Yu-Gi-Oh a few weeks ago and chose Cyber Dragon for her first deck. She's been wishing for more cards to help her keep up with meta decks better.

Tell her to try the Superheavy Samurai package, you make a rank 4 to search core without committing to your normal summon. 3x Motorbike 3x Prodigy Wakaushi 1x Booster 1x Monk Benkei 1x Gear Gigant X I use also Accel Synchro Stardust Dragon and Satellite Warrior so if I already have access to core and I start with motorbike I make Accel then Satellite to destroy one card on their field either forcing out interruptions or start dismantlimg the board to otk later with cyberdark chimera, cyberdark realm and powerbond

The Superheavy engine is good in cyber dragon decks to search core or force interruptions from the opponent without committing to your normal summon

Small Tech Idea: *if you can*: try and find a second complimentary Machine Pendulum Monster (Superheavy Samurai Engine?) and then tech in Qliphort Genius as a tech. it lets you search a lv5 or higher machine whenever you special summon +2 monsters at once.
