In fact problems are produced when clashes emerge between the seniors and juniors of an institution.Most of the seniors of Head of the institution keep at arm their subordinates.Such materialistic attitude creates many negative thoughts in the minds of subordinates and as a result their performance is affected by such sphocicated environment.

The internal environment of an institution matters too much regarding the performance of its workers.When leg pulling, nepotism and favouritism are practiced then no institution can get popularity.
