Yes Rodrigue allowed 4 ugly goals (the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th Kraken ones) but man did so many of his teammates also throw defence under the bus. That the title of the GYB episode includes "thumped" is very fitting considering how that game for the Oilers ended up.

Another year...same micro-drama. in Edmonton......want a little free direction.....let the Defense add to Leadership duties...lets see a vocal and verbal speech by 2 people next time in the Locker Room not just by 1 man... Coach Coffey has built a Defensive IDENTITY now its time to let it display its ACCOUNTABILITY and fill the obvious void we see in the Oiler Room....if we see Connor begging a morose and silent room for help when they are down 2-0 in the SCF again it will be most unfortunate. If Utah has a better first 20 games than the Oilers....then even after they recover the Oil will be bounced within 2 Rounds in 2025.
