I love stuff from the 70s and 80s, but more so the 70s. The dialogue, the music, the sound effects cut in via tape so it's got that lofi/sharp sound. I just love everything about 70s film/tv. Maybe it because it's what I watched as a wee lad, who knows! All I know is even if it's total crap, I still love the vibe. Oh, and Cecil if you see this, have you seen Enigma with Martin Sheen and Sam Neill? It's classic Cold War prop film, which I'm currently doing a "deep dive" - it was quite good!

It doesn't look like they had a choreographer (or a least one who was very good), but the actors/stuntmen/stuntwomen look they had some legit martial arts skills. Edit: posted this before I finished the video, so they did have a choreographer (who didn't do anything besides this film), and the fighters were all black belts.
