I'm glad 2020 is over, the only part I enjoyed was the first 10 weeks of it, but there were a few bright spots, I made some great friends on here. I miss the optimism I had in 2019-early 2020. It feels like it's still 2020 and probably will for a long time. Sometimes I have this worry that 2020 is going to last forever, but then I look at New Zealand, Vietnam, and other countries that have beaten the pandemic and I feel inspired. I'm so thankful that I've known some people on here like you for years. The number of people I've known since before 2020 on here that are still active is dwindling every month so I'm thankful for the ones who stay (and the list of people I've known since before 2019 still active is really small nowadays). To me there's a special, unique, different kind of joy in each type of friendship, the new ones have the freshness and novelty to them, the getting to know them stage, and the ones that have sustained for over a year have that familiarity and always happy to see them feeling of continuity, and the ones like my best friend I've known for 20 years (well it'll be 20 years on February 15) is such a special unique feeling.

As always, there are some really good thoughts in your video! Also, nice views, and great background music. Reviewing our own thoughts from a year ago is an interesting thing to do! It shows us how much we have changed... By the way, it's really noticeable that now you feel more comfortable in front of the camera, that's nice! For me, 2020 wasn't bad. There were new events, new people, new feelings, new knowledge. The only drawback is that I wasn't able to travel to other countries, but, that can wait. Let's make the 2021 the best year!

Hey lil Sis!.. Long time, I know. Sorry, I haven't been commenting but like You said 2020 has been a crazy year. I'm happy to see You changed your channel name from ash woodland to Asha! It makes me think you're getting more comfortable with yourself and letting others see the real you. I would love to see more painting on your channel! You're very good at it! Lots of love from the USA... Gene

I so relate to the fear of taking a back seat in your future self, I'm still very much struggling to accept that😂 I love that One Direction quote, hell yeah😂😂😂🥰 Love this video!!! We've all grown so much in 2020, let's see what 2021 has in store for us now😂 I was wondering, would you like to be friends? Absolutely no worries if not😊

Let's hope all gets better :) It's so fascinating comparing your videos because you are really growing up :) In your first video, you reminded me of a friend from Frankfurt but now you do not look like her at all ... Now it would probably be more like me meeting someone and thinking "ah, she looks like Ash" :) And the films are getting so much better.
