My step daughter, husband and kids live in Oklahoma, about 60 miles from OK City. There is NO way I'd EVER want to live there. Flat, wind, floods, tornados, heat, humidity and it's just not my cuppa. I can see reasons for moving there for others, cost of living is a biggie. I'm sure she got a lot more house for a lot less money than in San Diego. I have lived in the west my whole life, Oregon, SF Bay area, and Nevada. I went to college in Columbia MO, and the taste of the heat and humidity there was enough for me. Again, I'm used to the mountains, and that flat, flat, flat, just is so boring. I hope you are all happy in your new home.
