2 weeks ago we had to put to sleep my Australian Shepherd, the most FAVORITE dog ive EVER had. So seeing this breaks my heart for you guys!!!! Its the worst thing ever!! I mentioned her several times.on your channel because she was literally a mix of your 2 Aussies and Thats what drew me to your Channel!! She was the size of Indie and looked like Frankie. She was also a frisbee champion. She battled a successful cancer battle, treatment and all, but it came back eventually, like it was inevitably going to. She slept on me every night, across my chest and laid her head on my bfs arm. Me and my bf had her for 14 years and both never had to bring in an pet to be put to sleep. It was the most heart breaking thing to do......we cry everyday. And walk around with constant lumps in our throats. Ive never cried for a person like this, or been sad for a person like this either. Last year we got another Aussie, bec we knew she was getting old and statistically Aussies dont live much over 15 years. Yuki, the pup, was 12 months old when she died and he is hurting as well, he stopped chewing any kind of bones that they used to eat together And cries often and looks for her. He only eats his food and tiny training treats. No bully sticks, tracheas, no-hides, pig ears, all the treats him and Kei would mow down together on..he wont touch right now. Its double heart braking to see your other dog suffering from.loss aside you. I knew it would be bad and we were dreading the day it was going to happen, but its beyond what i thought. So, i just wanted to say, im so so so so sorry for your loss, it os the worst thing ever, because out pets are the best thing ever.❤

Sad to ever lose a dog. I had a pure bread German Shepherd who came from Germany and was named over there. She was the best dog I ever had. She could open doors unlock door knobs, walk on two legs and kept us safe from harm. I will never have a dog like her. A true blessing.

I'm ugly crying, just a little bit. Your bond with Eddie reminds me a lot of my bond with my childhood dog, Bella, who I had to say goodbye to in January of 2019. She was at my side through all of my ups and downs. She got me through the darkest parts of my life, and I will be forever grateful for the nearly 10 years I got to spend with her. Losing her was really traumatic, and I miss her all the time. But, thankfully, she sent me 2 incredible dogs that keep me safe and love me in her absence. The loss doesn't hurt any less, but with time and love, it gets easier to deal with.

Joey, I just found your channel and I’m so sorry for your loss of Eddie. I had to put my dog to sleep 3 weeks ago and it was the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make. Faith was a 15 year old boxer shepherd mix, and my best friend. I still miss her so much. I hope that you are taking care of yourself in this difficult time. I am trying to do the same, but nothing seems to make sense right now.

When we said goodbye to Simon and year ago January 25th my sister shared this and it helped: Jeff and Donna, as I sit here crying for your loss, I keep thinking about the awesome life you gave to him, all the adventures, from him pulling you on skis, you biking with him in his cart, all the hikes, and throwing bally. You two were the best parents a dog could have and in turn he brought you so much happiness. Now he is chasing bally in the sky, faster than all the other dogs like he was when he was younger. He can see and hear the people going by and bark like he was a massive guard dog. He even steals all the fresh bread he wants and has teeth to chew it. I'm sure he's looking down and saying thank you so much for being my awesome humans.
