There are still NPCs, they're referred to as "locals". They run the convenient stores, give missions, random civilians, etc. However, every police officer, doctor, paramedic, tow truck driver, taxi driver and so much more are all actual people.

KZbin algorithm did good for once! Just recently found this channel a couple of days ago and been binging the hell out of it! I must say sir that you are an absolute comedic genius!!! 😆 I've been having so much fun with the channel that I've decided to adopt newborn triplets from a couple that makes great contemporary christian rock music, and then had them sent off to live with a flock of pelicans (the triplets, not the parents) as I'm sure this will help spread the good word of this channel trifold!
