ellis claire Same, have had this feeling for every show that she's been in- i think because she showed and shared them with us- and it made me understand the layers of why she does shows, like not only because she loves a project but i feel like thats only the start. Its making family&friends, singing, dancing, love and loss- and sharing of good food and drink- its a mini life cycle that never really ends, where you aquire and win more than you loose. I need to stop, this analasis got me crying again- but the "you can feel the love, heart overflowing mixed with just a little tinge of sadness because things are changing again" kind. Ps. I dont think one's supposed to write an essay about a show your not in and havent seen and have so many emotions tied to it🤷♀️🙊🙈- with a bow on top🎀

Dear Carrie, You have truly changed my life. You've given a 14 year old boy so much hope and joy. You are the best Veronica that I could ever have wished for. My parents, after much hesitation, let me go on the penultimate day of heathers, after my sister had seen it once with a friend and begged to let me go to heathers with her. That was the best possible thing they could have done for me. There were a few moments where it seemed like you were looking directly at my eyes and into my soul. That has given a kid who has minimal chance of getting into musical theatre hope and the most joy you could ever imagine. I wish I could see it one more time so I could relive one of the best moments in my life. Thank you Carrie Hope Fletcher for making me the happiest teen in the world. Edit: wow coming back to this two years later when I’m now 16 and life definitely took a turn for the worse a few months after (although I didn’t realise at the time). It’s so odd reading this but the words still stand true despite the fact I’ve changed so much and had to grow up faster than I would’ve liked. But still, after 2 years, your Veronica was the best performance I’ve ever seen on stage and although the hope hasn’t been strong, I think it’s still there because of you. So thank you xx

I have binged this series for a day and the musical meant so much to me seeing it, but then to have you talk about it as well made me realise how much I have missed performing and performing a storyline. You are an incredible woman and I love everything you stand for and your energy and your vibes and now you have also inspired me to want to get back into performing storylines, instead of just performing to perform. My current dream is to play Veronica in London some day and that is all down and thanks to you and this incredible show. Thank you so much xxx

Okay, I cried, so I can't imagine how you feel! Thank you for your Veronica, Carrie. Thanks for representing curvy girls in a shamelessly sexy and unironic way and thank you for the inspiration that comes with that. But most of all, thank you for representing and telling a story that is far too true for too many people. I hadn't realised the emotional storyline before I came to see it as you can't hear the whole thing through the soundtrack alone. The way you told the story of someone who realises their worth and puts their foot down with so much confidence (despite its difficulty) was amazing and I really felt a connection and the realness of the emotion. As someone who has been in a similar situation, it made me proud to see and certainly more empowered looking back, the feeling I came away with isn't one I'm going to be forgetting in a hurry. That was all very serious and deep, so on a lighter note, you can the cast absolutely smashed it and I cannot WAIT to hear the soundtrack you guys have made! You took everything to such a bigger level and I loved every minute of it- congratulations! Big love xxx

I got so emotional because the ending made me realise why I enjoy doing theatre. You start off meeting new people doing it that are motivated (usually), then you spend months with them getting to know every single one of them and you become like a new family/friends. Then I find it fun having the stress backstage amongst them. Then also having to try the outfits and trying the mics. And the after party when everyone's emotional and proud of each and everyone who put work in the project. It's overall just fun :)

i definitely cried when this vlog ended. i am so happy and proud of you carrie for doing this beast of a role. you've tackled it with a grace and beauty and an amount of fierceness i can't explain. thank you so much for vlogging your heathers journey and letting us all into westerburg. for someone in the usa who never got to see it and your vlog was the only way, thank you so so much. and now, good luck with war of the worlds!!

I've watch you say goodbye to so many characters and I have teared up but Heather's is the one that made me cry so hard. Thank you for playing Veronica, you are a badass just like her and I'm so proud that you signed the drawer and to quote the show "And then we'll never die!" So Heather's will never ever die

I am so happy for you Carrie! I remember in the first video when you started Heathers and you had first gotten your dressing room you said that you hoped you were worthy enough to one day put your name in the dresser. I'm so glad you did because you most definitely deserve it! You are amazing and incredible, never forget that.

Someone needs to give Carrie an award for fastest and most-thorough dressing room trasher 😂 queen of making herself at home

Chills. Everywhere. I find this so sad because I actually do a lot of theatre and I know how much it sucks when your run ends and all the memories you made too. I hope that you never stop doing shows Carrie. ❤️

Aww these videos are amazing not only do we get to see behind a show, but years from now you will be able to watch these and the joy this will bring you. I did theatre growing up and i wish I had videos like this that I could relive that period of my life over and over. Looking forward to what u do next x

People have called me crazy for flying over to London to see Heathers, but it's the best choice I made this year. The only regret is that I didn't see it sooner than the second to last day. Otherwise I would have made a few more trips to the UK just to see this amazing show!

This will be great for you to look back on after years and years have gone by, you've bottled the spirit of Westerburg High in this video and I'm sure older Carrie will be forever grateful that she can enjoy it over and over again when she wants to be reminded of it (or when she needs a good happy cry!)

Omg I’m a wreck watching this on my lunch break. There’s something so bittersweet and magical but heartbreaking about finishing a show, so glad for you all that you have videos like this to remember it by ❤️

I have been in a couple of shows at my local theater... and I feel you! Even though we don’t have that many shows, the feelings are real. I cried so much at the end of the video, because I REMEMBER that feeling. Especially in these times with corona, the feelings are even stronger. Because you miss it.
