I’ve been hoping to see a video of the uni system running. Don’t that have a Allis-Chalmers 426? That’s what our Allis 7060s have.

I understand and am in the same boat,Jacob. I went about 70 miles and got a NI loader for my son's Farmall M after looking for quite some time. Just today i marked THREE on FBM that would have been suitable and all are closer...Oh well....

As long as you can keep the Uni from breaking down, then again, what's the difference between it and a pull behind. They break down just as much. What, ... it's never muddy in November or December... That's a good reason I'd need to pick in January- frozen ground. My NI 2-row would always go sideways in the mud. Didn't matter what tractor you had. Anchor is right. Thanks for the vid. Did you know if you shell the left over ear corn and then grind the cobs, it makes an excellent floor dry.

A Deere free farm makes for a happy farm :)

What are You going to do with that 30% ear corn? Are You going to put it in your metal corn crib and air it? If You are going to fill those wagons up, You have to put some high sideboards on. I used to run a Uni, took a sheet of plywood and split it in half.Picked a lot of hillsides. If You didn't have high boards You'd have more corn on the ground than in the wagon.
@boehmfarm427610 ай бұрын
This wagon was for immediate sales to fill truck beds being dumped in the woods and wasted on deer.

I fed My share this year. Had a 23 acre field of beans, didn't get one bean off it. If they keep multiplying We won't be able to grow anything to harvest.

Rye cover corp make nitrogen where where weeds do not
@lukestrawwalkerАй бұрын
Rye is NOT a legume therefore it does not "make" nitrogen... being a grass (Poaceae) type plant and a small grain it may SCAVENGE nitrogen from the soil, but it does not host Rhizobia bacteria in the soil to convert plant sugars into nitrates like a legume does...
