In MD this month, this deck still be a solid choice against Tenpai. After that this deck gonna be a rouge deck or tier 3 in my opinion.

This deck will still be strong on master duel until ryzeal and maliss come. Its gunna start hurting when dominus impulse comes but youll only really see it against tenpai and this decks tenpai matchup is pretty decent. And i hope we do not get perulia fuwaloss without maxx c hits in master duel. Master duel would probably die if we had to play into 3 perulia 3 fuwaloss 3 maxx c every game

@@TreacheryAizenI don’t think so. Once tenpai isn’t the best anymore calling fire will still be good and if not u can just run the colossus version which is also very good. It’s a lot better with apollousa not being banned and it having an ok max C matchup even though I wouldn’t recommend playing through it anyways. It is a bit worse with e-Telly being at 2 and d-shifter at 2 and prosperity being at 1 so you couldn’t fill in the extra inconsistency with prosperity. I do admit the deck has a lot of flaws like the fact that you don’t have a lot of room for handtraps/board breakers. It will also get worse when newer decks come out but I think it will always be good whenever a new tier 0 deck comes out because of how you can easily protos lock dark, light, wind, or fire consistently. It seems definitely like a tier 2 deck to me personally just because of how it is and how much disruption you can consistently put out.

MD The bo1 format where Rage of Eyes with Blue can best the best decks in the format. Where the community hates Shifter and scoops to it instantly. Where the majority still Imperms Elder. You will be fine.

Thank you so much for all the great content and all the amazing contributions, Jojo! I agree with many of your points, if I were going to travel halfway around the world to play Yu-Gi-Oh! and you are trying to be competitive, there will definitely be better options in the format for Crossover Breaker. I think RB is going to remain a sort of "specialist deck," similar to plants in the EU. The fact that you decided to make this video shows how much you value and treasure the community. 7:04 you have a good point, and this is why a lot of players don't like this deck in Master Duel, since in Master Duel Maxx "C" is still legal, which kinda warps non-engine choices in that game but it is also Bo1 and we only have one D-Shifter and just, the format is *different* . BUT, there were a lot of players that found success with it. But MD is a game where, you can kinda play whatever, and as long as you play enough games, you can reach Master1. Performing in events like the Duelist Cup is harder, but people found success there too. I will be watching to see what happens when the Dominus cards come to MD.

Bad meta call as a RB player just like him I saw this coming, you can still play it it is good but these hand traps man you will just turn pass a lot of the time with less than mid boards and watch your opponent combo as you ask yourself why did I learn these combos

I was in OCG land for a couple weeks playing vs ryzeal ritual best and it was fine, book of eclipse is a blowout same with evenly, the board breaker variant was good. Yes impulse and Fuwa is a shut out but vs ryzeal and maliss you shut them out asap with Protoss. Call light with Protoss and call dark for Maliss

Fair enough, I feel the real icing on the cake is just that we cant play Impulse either which sucks, and Purge is so much worse than Imulse its kind of comical.

Like some others here, I got into Rits thx to you and I appreciate your vids cause they were really helpful. I think that if you're playing competitive and are more serious about it (like traveling far away for events) it's perfectly reasonable to play something that gives you a better chance. Personally I play rouge decks and Rits are probably the closest thing to meta that I've played. I do hope that in the future you make a short video if you have some tips for Ritual Beast players but if you move on, it's fine and thx for letting us know :)

I’ve had lots of fun playing this deck at locals thanks to your videos, and until my locals gets more people who own the new charms and dominus impulse, I’m going to keep playing it at the local level

Alfred: “We endure, master Wayne” - The Dark Knight. Ryan Yu has given me hope. Was going to play Ryzeal and Maliss in December (hopefully with a new banlist), but decided to stick fat with Exosister and wasn’t going to, and will most certainly not ditch Ritual Beast now. Ryan Yu came second with Sky Striker because he focused what the deck was good at instead of looking at what it isn’t good at. I am nowhere near as skilled as he is, but he is proof that especially with luck, any competent deck can still do decently well, and perhaps with a great pilot, top the high level events.

its very sad but fair. I personally think this deck peaked either at its initial release or in YCS Lille format (after the banlist changes. This deck could be very ok in worlds format on masterduel but that will be thr furthest extent of its competitive viability I think.

I completely agree with your read on the future format. RB has been rogue status for quite a while in the OCG and was never as relevant as it was in the TCG, Lancea being in everyone's side deck for malice is insanely bad for RB. Personally I have been playing malice on the side in a OCG environment and it's a ton of fun. The lines are easier than RB's (obviously) but if I feel like the deck is the natural progression for RB players and it's a lot of fun. On the uppside, the the deck is doing very well in MD right now in my opinion!

I think the bird and the squid are the biggest reasons not to play the deck. The new dominus is really good, but there's just nothing we can do into the charmies. I have a pretty low skill ceiling locals, and I could bring this deck and go undefeated for the next 6 months because no one is going to be playing enough charmies. But I don't know if I could take this to a regional either. In conclusion, I'm still playing Brandon

the fact that handtraps and floodgates are so meta defining is stupid, but i guess endboards with 10 omni-negates are stupider stop printing omni-negates (especially generic ones), they should only be on counter traps. remove handtraps and make the game more disruption-based, and then make engines more resilient. i really liked pure FK support for that reason.
