Wonderful timing as winter is settling in here. I read that Chinese medicine considers winter kidney season. I will have to search your member site for videos to nourish kidney, low back and spine. Thanks again for your guidance.

The touch the shy w/stretch and hip rotation follow up……has been greatly helpful. …… could you smile more ? This old guy doesn’t like to see the serious face, I take it personal Like I’m not getting it the way you intended. I realize it’s me, I like to pick up on interaction facial expressions, etc.
