@G82Watts i have a model s plaid on the street full weight 92% charge and did 0 to 60 in 2.14 seconds. (REAL WORLD) so ? The taycan is newer cost 3 times as much and is supposed to be faster . So making a comparison while lowering the charge and increasing the weight of the rim with bad tires ? They also said the plaid has managed a 2.1 and the taycan a 1.9 .. both were spinning on this road. But at the end of the day the taycan is faster. There's already videos of the taycan beating the plaid. "Pascal bernatchez turbo gt" without even the weisach package it ran a 9.15 vs a plaid that did 9.3 .. with weisach pack it'll be in the 8s.

Nah Plaid way better in every way man and much affordable very practical much more space in the trunk. Also the car insurance much better with Plaid $340 bux monthly instead of $900bux for taycan monthly. Also Plaid always improving over the air and it has FSD and charging network everywhere super convenient. Not every way though. The taycan has far better handling making the tesla look slow on 3 different race tracks. It has far superior brakes and stopping power making the plaid looks like a truck struggling to slow down. The taycan has a faster charging and more durable battery pack. It’s just as fast if not faster than the plaid despite being heavier and using 2 motors instead of 3 like the plaid, so you should worry if they decide to use 3 motors next time. The practically is barely any different to make a fuss about. The taycan still has very usable trunk space front and back. Elon just released 2 new vehicles a while ago so I don’t think there will be any more updates for a while, so no. The only people who cares about Self Driving are tesla fanatics that loves to brag about it so much. There are no other EV owner that has a care or concern about self driving whatsoever

As much as I love this car and the comparison , you are comparing a 240-250,000$ car vs the plaid with no track pack and anchor wheels ….. track pack plaid would fair much better and still be 140k cheaper . We also won’t talk about power after 60 because early testers have shown the plaid might have more power the further north of 100 you go . I think the car to compare this too is definitely the lucid air saphire . To which I think the lucid actually crushes the Porsche .

Track Pack Plaid is half the $; the Porsche BETTER be better! And that’s very debatable And 0-60 is a TERRIBLE benchmark to use. Almost totally dependent on traction for cars with this HP level. I know doing a quarter mile may be hard on the street (length and speeds reached), but atleast do an 1/8th mile! MUCH better and accurate bench mark. If traction is an issue, the mph trap speed will prove the faster car

Yea theres already a vid of the non weisach pack running a 9.1 QM. So the wesiach pack will rival the lucid and keep in mind it only has 2 motors. If porsche wanted to only care about straight line speed like every other EV they could of easily made it way faster with a tri motor setup. Overall the porsche is the fastest EV in all areas.

This is only a twin EV motor car correct? So imagine if Porsche does a tri motor Taycan or a quad motor lol..and Tesla will for sure do a quad motor Model S and so will Lucid...they're only gonna get a lot faster...also when the Roadster finally comes it'll most likely have a quad motor set up with at least 1600hp and weigh about 500-900 pounds less than this Taycan GT so just imagine how fast that will be, not even including the SpaceX thrust mode with the condensed air thrusters lol...

@@ACCELER8TV Also on a side note, rumor mills, which have been correct before, are saying that this Taycan GT which is only a dual motor will be upgraded later on with an additional motor and could have 1500+hp, that will have crazy numbers but they will ask $350k+ for it without special options...also Tesla and Lucid are working on a quad motor version of their fastest cars that should have 1600+hp...and the Corvette Zora will have 1500+hp hybrid AWD on standard pump gas and probably beat all three of the previously mentioned EV's only because it'll probably weigh a good bit less and only in a long race like a very long street highway race or a 1 or 2 mile long race where the Zora is rumored to beat the ZR-1's top speed of 233mph by at least 20+mph...crazy times lol

Wow... a vehicle that only OLD money can buy... even new money can't afford this.... Get the Tesla and change the brakes....also that stupid steering wheel....LOL..... To be honest I would rather have an EV that has buttons for the interface uses like the infotainment.... Having AC and Radio button controls would be nice.... I am just going to a Lexus ES and get reliability, okay gas mileage, and Mark sound system... Good enough for the time being....50K to 60K dollars fully loaded..... Would get the LS500 but they aren't as reliable and you can't work on them yourself.... that is a reason why I am going for the ES... you can work on it yourself..... that is the vehicle I would purchase as a every day driver.... once I am tired of Ubering everywhere.... 80 hour work weeks.....more likely 60 hours work weeks....NICE
