They are golfers, and golf is an expensive sport; especially when you’re traveling all over the world and playing the most prestigious courses the world has to offer! Not to mention the fact that they’re young men who are full of energy, and probably spend money, like crazy, for their channel! On top of all that, we’re in a recession right now, and they need to save their money! Altogether, I’d say the boys at Good Good are doing a fantastic job, and they’ve earned everything they have. Comments like yours make one sound a little jealous… God bless! May He shower you with all the money in the world; so you can buy all the people in need new homes, and nothing on yourself; or any family/friends either. I’m sure that’s exactly what you’d do!

As a residential appraiser, that does a ton of work in Frisco… Scott - hold on to that house as long as you can. Don’t sell soon. Nobody knows the future, but population growth rates in north Denton / Collin counties will keep increasing the value of that home. Especially with Brookside (pga) being so close.

That's a main reason I didn't want to sell it for the offer I got. Don't want to rent it to the general public because it's pretty nice inside and don't want it to get destroyed. HOA will likely outlaw VRBO and corporate leases so here we are!
