All of Good Kid's songs inspire an array of emotions in me, melancholy usually being one of them (in a good way), but Kiki's Delivery Service being a big part of my childhood and hearing the lyrics to the song hint at parts of the movie even before seeing this video made the levelof melancholy reach another level when combined with intense nostalgia. This song is a beautiful wonder, and I'm so happy listening to it, since it represents some of the little happiness I had during an unhappy time of my life. Thank you Good Kid, and thank you XrayAlphaCharlie for this fantastic piece of art.

I really like the song, I found it out a few days ago. The way I see it with the animation video feels - to me, personally - a person who found joy and love in what they do, gets recognized because it's their own unique thing but at some point it becomes a chore and it feel like it loses the spark it used to have when you did it for fun (burnout to live to expectations probably, as you got attention, when she walks on the ground after some time). The person tries to fix this (fixing the bots) and it seems futile because she 'has' to do it as if it's a part of her she is expected to do, but all you need is a slight push to remember why this was fun to you and why you did it in the first place. In short, do the things you like because you like them and not for some type of excpectation from the world based on the unrealistic standards you've set upon yourself. It really hit with career path or hobbies like art and music. We really do set those unrealistic expectations of who we have to be and what we have to offer/produce and we forget why we did this in the first place; for fun. And sometimes we need to remember that. I like searching and analyzing the depth of songs sometimes and they all tell unique stories, one is the story the creator does and the story that passes through the viewer. I think that's what's magic with art. It encourages creation and creativity to all parties invloved, both creator and viewer. Thank you for the song!
