I have to believe with this, we have all kinds of fruits and vegetables na pwede makakagamot. Sana we should start studying our own fruits and vegetables. tayo lng ang meron na wala sa ibang bansa .we are blessed to have all of these that other countries don't have .the PH government should do something about these , research must be done .Sana wag ipalabas sa ibang bansa .do research, make capsules, tablets, or syrup,and makes the world buy from us.

Di talaga ako pamilyar sa gulay na'to, pero May kapitbahay kami na nakitanim sa likod bahay namin at una niyang tinanim ay alugbati pala na binili lang niya sa malapit na palengke saamin at itinanim mga tangkay ang bilis namin Naka harvest at nag luto kami ng sardinas i love it super thankful sa kapitbahay namin May bago na naman ako nalaman na masustansyang gulay na mataas sa fiber at low calories! ❤️❤️

I remember planting alugbati sa Cebu just along the fence so that the vines and leaves can climb. You trim the leaves and the plant stays alive and the leaves will blossom again after a few weeks.Yes, the red seeds are used by the children as play lipstick and manicure. Its mostly used in making the vegetable soup utan. It has its own aroma but I dont like seeing it when it gets sticky like okra. I havent tried eating it raw as salad. The alugbati with sardinas looks like a nice recipe.

Palagi ako nagluluto at masarap. Pagnagluto haluin lang lahat ng sangkap kamatis , sibuyas knorr cubes alugbati kalabasa talong patola at haluan lang ng dry alamang or hipon. Pagluto ako walang tubig kasi kusang magkakatas ang alugbati at masarap ang kanyang sabaw.
