Its the coat that does it for me, I have always loved the crinkling of the coats at doctor appointments. That and it always seemed like the doctors always had some white noise somewhere and spoke in softer voices, with mumbled voices outside the room. Seemed like the perfect asmr in real life to me. One of the things I love most about your videos like this is they’re often loud enough for me to get tingles while just listening absentmindedly while trying to fall asleep on the phone with my boyfriend, a lot of ASMR videos aren’t loud enough for me to hear over the speaker phone call (obviously I use wifi calling otherwise I wouldn’t be able to afford the phone bill😂) but this one is and I can hear just fine and it’s not a problem for situations where that volume is to loo loud for someone because you can always just turn down the volume
