Is it true LP & ALP missed the signal in that fast. Then why station master or TP didn't alert to stop Rake at Signal by walkytaky. And more over why derail switch didn't work. Last time at 3 trains accident also derail switch not worked

As per railway policy, under SPAD they have sacked both Loco pilot and Asst Loco pilots as found guilty of ' micro sleeping" on duty therefore brakes not applied in time causing the train to overshoot red home signal . The railways seemed rather hasty, in declaring loco pilots as culprits and very prompt in terminating their services without really investigating the root cause as it seemed their agenda was to quickly close out the investigation thereby staying clear of any publicity, in view of ongoing bad publicity on the Coromandel Express disaster. We are unsure why the media has been silent when it seems rather obvious that the investigation by the Indian railway was compromised therefore requires an independent inquiry by responsible third party as there are several unanswered questions which will again point towards systemic failure of the safety management system of Indian railways which requires deep insight followed by complete overhaul of management, as by keep applying band aid solutions where a major surgery is the need of the hour is not the solution or the only other option in raising product quality is by privatising the Indian Railways, especially when infrastructure is being modernised to operate Shinkansen (Japanese high speed trains) at service speeds of 320 - 350 kmph where we cannot afford any human error . Some relevant unanswered questions for this particular incident as follows:- (a) For the train to overshoot RED home signal without reducing speed, the LP/ALP would have ignored a distant signal Yellow Yellow alerting for speed reduction and one km later another distant signal Yellow warning Red home signal which would indicate both LP & ALP were under micro sleep for at least two kilometres, therefore under no means can this be termed as micro sleep !! (b) What was SM/ASM unto in the control room as they monitored the goods train hurtling down like a ghost train without any speed reduction as it approached the station ? Is it not the responsibility of the SM/ASM to monitor train movement and to communicate with LP/ALP on walkie talkie and alerting them accordingly ? (c) Why was home signal Red with point open to loop line ( Yellow signal) which was occupied by stationary train ? Why was the main line not cleared for good train to pass straight through ? (d) Was home signals and automatic interlock system functioning correctly ? (e) Was the guard awake and communicating regularly with LP/LP ? We are unsure if any due diligence was followed during this investigation process as both collision incidents taken place in June 2023, points towards systemic human error amounting to gross negligence and compromising safety of human lives and property & unfortunately instead of exposing root cause and self correcting, the railways have been busy sweeping any such damming exposure under the carpet, resulting in the common man now scared to travel by rail having lost faith with Indian Railways.

Why was the point not re-set for the main line ( Normal point) position before the approaching 2nd goods train ? Was there sufficient time available before the 2nd goods train overshot the line as this should tell us if there was sufficient time for emergency procedures to be employed ? Why did 2nd train driver overshoot the red signal ? Was was auto brakes not applied on the overshooting 2nd train with the main line signal RED ? Was the station master available in the control room and why was the the point not changed over before the 2nd train approached the point as he would have been tracking the 2nd train movement and should have been in contact with the driver ? What was the root cause of this incident ,,,, where is the report ?? This incident should be considered as a linked with the Coromandel express disaster as indicates systemic failure of standard operating procedures and must have an impact on the ongoing CBI investigation on the Coromandel Express disaster at Balasore ?

Then where is the Derail switch in that line. ALP , LP mistake or RTI mistake for wrong guidelines of speed and signal

The railway now claim that the accident was due to both driver and the assistant loco driver of moving goods train were ' micro sleeping" therefore unable to apply brakes causing the train overshoot and collide and they have acted very quickly in sacking both drivers as declaring both loco driver as guilty party although i seems hasty decision was taken without meeting the injured driver who was hospitalised after the accident and its obvious that the railways seem to have very conveniently closed the case without any further investigation which we find as rathe suspicious behaviour as there are several pending questions as to why the duty officer in control room was not monitoring the incoming goods train and maintaining walkie talkie contact with the loco driver , why was the line not set for incoming goods train especially why was the point switch no reset to normal position after allowing the first goods train to move in and park on up loop line as this would be a safe manoeuvre and if this was an interlock station and why the automatic interlocking system did not stop the train before overshooting. .

Oh my. You guys don't have facility to keep camera in all the change over. And have a alert where train stopped. Are we are not capable technology to tell where train is stopped. Common guys AI is grown even one vehicle talks with another vehicle.
