CD Boots (Blood Wongs for late g) Enchanted Talisman Glowing Wand Wishing Lantern Winter Crown Divine Glaive Emblem - Assassin (Pen, bargain, impure rage) That's my go to build whenever my enemies are tanky. I change my glowing with genius if enemies dont have lifesteal or regen heroes.
