For practical information. You cannot change the difficulty, but you will have two different exp shares. You can change the game options (randomize) at the second level of the pokemon center (Pewter city and onwards). You can rename pokemon from the menu at your pokemon screen and you can rebattle almost all players so its less grindy.

Miss you guys from TFS. Loved your Nuzlockes... My wife played Infinite Fusion about a year ago. I shit you not, our starter was a Mewtwo fused with a Lugia. We called him Ludo and he just wrecked EVERYTHING in our path.

Oh my gosh. I can't believe I didn't know you guys played through this until now. I LOVE this game. It's my favorite pokemon game of all time. My personal favorite pokemon of all time is Vaporeon fused with Umbreon, which, hilariously enough, is still just named "Vaporeon" lol. It's so cool looking AND strong, and even has a custom pokedex entry. It's the best of all worlds.

The new pokemon hotness, that was started years ago. A heads up btw, you made the worse choice for Ratmander. Basically, head determines HP/Sp. Atk/Sp. Def, body determines SPD/Atk/Def. Also, if you buy 10 pokeballs at once, you get a free premiere ball.

From my understanding, the green silhouette when fusing means it’s a hand crafted sprite. The black ones are just a mush of the sprites. If there is a green one, go for those.

A bit of a tip, every time you fuse pokemon and then defuse a pokemon their moves get reset. Also most pokemon centers have a move reminder on the second floor

Just FYI if you guys havent found this out in Ep2; green sprites when choosing a fusion type are custom-made sprites! They'll look slightly less horrific. But also less fun maybe XD

When fusing, pokemon with a green silhouette will have a custom sprite. up to you guys if you wanna go for those though, some of the default sprites are pretty hilarious.

Each half will evolve independently when their respective conditions are met. If you're interested in optimizing, it might be worth taking a look at base stats of the pokemon you're fusing because the resulting pokemon will inherit different base stat growth differently from the two fused pokemon. Enjoying the new series guys!

I highly recomend you don't optimize until a second playthrough. It makes it a lot less fun to ignore a bunch of cool looking sprites because they are slightly worse.
