I've flipped about 6 Houses & still have 3 as Rentals. You're doing a Really Good Job! After it's done, I suggest getting a property manager to handle getting it rented & the repair stuff. My Property Manager makes my life much more stress free than doing all that myself.

Make sure you really check their rental history out; several years back, my parents use to flip houses and put so much time, work, and money into them and several renters completely damaged and trashed a couple of the houses up so bad. My heart broke for my parents; it was so sad.

Can I say how about using your wagons with you. We go to a few of our bins stores and take our wagon with us since there is no carts half of the time. We take two bags and put one bag on each side. If you have two wagons it would make it way easier around the bins store.

Aisles are tight. You technically aren’t even supposed to bring the shopping buggies in there but people do it anyway. A wagon would be more trouble than it’s worth
