Most ski/snowboard resorts will have a swap meet before they open. I usually sell all my old gear at them. May be worth looking into if you don't want to ship the boots/if you find more stuff to take like jackets/gloves etc.

Be careful with those captel phones. I have had a return claiming they contacted the company and the company said it was password protected and they couldnt do anything about unlocking it. I dont know if that is true because when I turned it on, it was at the setup screen when you first buy it and I was able to set it up just fine. But the lady said it was already setup by a previous person and they couldnt access the voicemail portion as it was password protected.
