Today I'm taking you thrifting at the Goodwill on Rainbow and Cheyenne here in Las Vegas. They had rearranged the Hard Goods Section since I was last here and soon the treasures began to flow into my cart. I was excited to find something amazing in almost every aisle! Hi Tiffany, the cow container that has the two holes is a G.Yewen Longhorn Steer Crock, it would have a dark brown cowboy hat for a lid. They were made in 1995. It was a thing in the nineties if you lived Texas to decorate the homes kitchens with cows or longhorns. Depending if you were a University of Texas sports fan you would decorate with a long horn 🐂 and not the milk cow🐄.😆😆🤷😉

I had to smile when you passed the thermos. My late ex-husband was driving a fron end loader at work. He brought his stainless thermos every day full of coffee. The thermos slipped off the seat, fell to the ground and he ran over it and crushed it! Even crushed, it didn't leak! I would get a tube of gold Rub n Buff and touch up the nicks on the lovely rose belt buckle!

I found a butter dish at Goodwill here in Indiana. It will hold two sticks of butter and impressed on the lid is a cow and in the background is a barn. It is clear glass and old I think, because that day there were a lot of old pieces on the shelves. Do you know anything about this style of butter dish?
