This item was purchased from Amazon however it is manufactured in China if that's something you care about avoiding. spend an extra few minutes each time you buy something on Amazon and search for it on Alibaba or AliExpress and you're going to be surprised at how many Amazon items come from China... so get off your high horse and piss off. I fished with my buddies Goofish offshore jigging down in Corpus Christi Texas a few weeks ago and absolutely loved the action on this rod. the balance is excellent and nowhere near as fatiguing as a lot of the offshore jigging rods out there from Academy. I have no qualms about the unboxing thus far everything looks perfect. the real test will be bringing this offshore the next time I'm out there and I will certainly post a video followup review on that.

Rods are awesome I have the pink one the lightest action and have brought up some big grouper no problem and my buddy has the blue one and it is awesome also good choice

Goo fish is legit! Fuji guides are 1/5th the cost overseas as they are here so they’re able to sell these rods super cheap.

I'm on a fishing trip right now and thought we would get some off short time but the winds are keeping us in the bays. I still haven't been able to try this rod but I'm looking forward to it now that spring has arrived
