I caught a 6 on the Mondo on my second cast the first time I took it out so it's my fave but I haven't tried the trench hawg it looks nice I've used crackin craw bandito bug slim shake but that Mondo worm is the beez neez far as I can tell

That smell is star of Anis it's a seasoning used in Italian food ie red sauces like spaghetti it's a traditional seasoning most ppl leave out now star of Anis is also what's used to flavor black liquorice just a little bit of knowledge for ya brother

Tried the 7" Mondo Worm (Plum color) today for the first time. Caught 4 bass. The bait seemed to work really well. But the bait seemed to break really easily with fish ripping the tail off twice and one tail flying off mid cast when I hit some tall grass. The bait was really slippery so it took a tiny bit longer to rig it. Other than that it's good and I like it. I wish they were a little cheaper. I'll have to try the 10" version.

Kinda new at fishing but isn’t your rod tip suppose to be up . Not facing down towards the water . I hear it has to be at 45 or 90 degrees up for sensitivity of the tip .or is that for Square bills or other lures. Just wondering thanks and love your videos and I am big fan.

Andrew Corbone that’s the beauty of it all, there’s no “rule book” for bass fishing. It’s what ever YOU feel comfortable & confident doing. I can’t give you a right or wrong answer because I don’t have enough science behind what works best in general. But in my opinion, the rod being where it is will and does work fine. D Fitness supposedly there was a big difference percentage wise. I have never really noticed much of a difference. I’ll fish either style just as confident as the next, I just prefer to buy EWG hooks. I guess it’s a personal preference type thing. If it counts any Gary Yamamoto himself told me last year when I fished at his ranch that ewg is better. Of course I didn’t question him lol!

I caught my first Florida large mouth bass 4.89 lbs I love Florida and I'm supposed to be moving there before October 2019 can't wait I hate Indiana been here my entire life ready to head south now if I could lol hoping to be moving to pompano Beach area or possibly Naples . I really want to live in clewiston . The biggest thing I'll miss here in Indiana is deer hunting and my family
