Facebook keeps changing policies frequently, so you have to check it regularly because meta is going strict day by day. don't copy others content for ads or landing page, customize it accordingly. analyze your account with all details and see if you have done something wrong, contact support if you have not violated any policy. Also, verify your domain, account with mobile number when create a new ads account.
