Expected CTR measures the likelihood that your ad will be clicked on when it's shown in search results for a particular keyword. It's essentially an estimate of how relevant and appealing your ad is to users searching for that keyword. The higher your Expected CTR, the better Google perceives your ad's potential to attract clicks compared to other ads targeting the same keyword.
