Yes, definitely look at your own market conditions and the impact on your cost per conversion

Thanks, super helpful. You mentioned at the end, the benift of having a higher optimisation score is that you can get a "premier partner" badge. Is there any other benefit aside from the optimisations themselves? I mean might google ads give you a higher quality score or some other tangible benefit?

Optimisation score isn't tied to quality score. It basically increases based on how many things you're doing that Google wants you to do. I have campaigns only at 60% score because Google wants me to add irrelevant keywords, run performance max, increase CPA target (making the campaign not profitable) and using dynamic images. All things we are never going to do and if done will harm performance.

@@darrentaylordigital Thanks Darren. I appreciate the response. I didn't thing optimisation score was tied to quality score. I was more wondering if there is any other way that google rewards (or punishes) you for high (or low) optimisation score. But it sounds like if you're happy with a campaign at 60% then it's not a problem. Mine is also at 60% and I haven't done a lot of the recommendations for the exact reasons you highlght in this video.

Should we upgrade Dynamic Search Ad campaigns to Performance Max as per recommandation? The bigger the feed the harder to do it.

Nope! DSA and Pmax are too different. Improve and optimise DSA and then look at Pmax as an uplift after your core search and DSA campaigns are maxed out
