I did the first one last year and I don’t really think it was worth the money. Pretty much everything I know about SQL, Excel, and Tableau, I learned on KZbin. If you take the course, try to finish in one month.

I agree, I just finnished it and I'm completely unimpressed. The course is so sloppy you can't follow along on half of the examples, and the staff that helps answer students questions are really bad, ranging from just ignoring questions to being downright unprofessional (for example, saw a student asking how to use sql or sheets for the files in the capstone project since the ones indicated are to large to upload. The teacher basically told him to f himself with everything but using that exact phrasing. And yeah, you can only use R for that project, it says you can use sheets/excel and sql, but you can't). It's so incredibly poorly made, the only use it has is validating previous knowledge or giving you a bit of a roadmap on how to study it. There are endless amounts of free resources on here that are better (it's how I even maneaged to finnish the certificate).

@@abhinavbaad3075 it depends on which one will you choose, some courses are good explanation and some courses are i didn't feel they have good explanation, but my suggestion is whatever you want to learn learn from KZbin after learning from KZbin you can take the assessment from infosys springboard if you clear that you will get free cirtificate even i did the same (i took data science tools and python for data science).

​@@KamakshiJoshhiI have also faced the same issue. Then I sent them a complain or email. Then they sent me an follow up message/ mail. They asked my name and the name which was on the certificate. After few hours they send me a message and my real name was on the certificate. You should also try this and if face any difficulty. I'm here🙂👍

Honestly nah, the new cert is called Advanced but at the same time it says no experience required. You can go for the not advanced one if you are interested in knowing each phase of data analysis which I don't see the advanced one cover, like example how to Ask effective questions to define the problem to be solved. I finished the not advanced cert a day before this new one came out 😂 I was so surprised. I'm taking this new one now and hope to complete it this month. So far there's just a bit of overlap in terminology between both certs

It's a little tricky for a first DA course but it can be done. If you're gonna take this one first, I recommend you take your time and do every lab + exercise and quiz. I am a masters graduate in Data Science so I am using it to practice my skills and boost my CV and it's been really good for me but defo tricky for a beginner. I plan to complete it within 2-3 months and that's taking my time.
