Why in the CHplay store the last update for my GG Authenticator app shows 7/11/2022, yours is 4/19/2023. Some of my Android friends have not been able to experience this update, but only on Iphone, the phone you are instructing also uses Android right?

Do you have the previous app? If you don't, you need recovery codes to log in again. If you don't have those backup codes, you must contact Binance to recover your account.

Tap on your profile icon, and click on "Use without an account".

Updated it and still can't get to sync in cloud, no matter what I do. Tells me syncing will continue when device is online and refresh authenticator codes. Got any ideas why I get this? GA is crap!

That's strange. You have an internet connection, right.

@@mks-mobile of course, 50 MB of internet. No matter what I do, I just can't get it to sync the cloud, & this is my work account. My personal account syncs just fine. It's driving me insane.

Oh, that's not something it can do. Once a code is removed, you can't get it back. Do you have the recovery code for the website? If not, contact their support, and they will be able to help you out.

That should not happen. Ensure you paste the code right away. Also ensure that the code is for the correct website.

Well, there is no way to bring that account now. Is it for a Google account or a different website? You need to contact the support of that account (website) to recover it.

I don't see much of a difference. The new one only has the cloud sync additional option. Are you saying that after updating it, the codes vanished?

@@mks-mobile Yes. I played a game called DFO and had my google authentication (on android phone) back in 2016. I got back (2023) and downloaded google authentication on my iPhone and I don't see a single code. I signed in all my emails, yet not one code. Do I make my own code now? if so how do i do that? I shouldn't have to go through all this hassle. Before it was way better.
