for the question, They need full access anyway, why use predefined role ? why not primitive role

Because it’s for a specific resource like dialogflow but if you give primitive role he will have full acces to almost all resources on the cloud , so predefined is the answer !

The answer should be pre-defined role isn't it? On the other hand we can fine grain only the required permissions in custom role so maybe that's the answer? :S

You are right predefined role :) Coz it asked for full access to the service. If you create custom role you will end up adding all the permissions which isn't effecient.

So usually testers would need access at an application level unless they are testing infra to give iam permissions. So it all depends on what tester is trying to test.
