Google Forms - Form Ranger - Auto Generating Checkbox Options based on user 'other' form inputs

Hello! I'm glad you find the videos helpful. Before starting a job, I need some advice. I need to create a form for a healthcare company where we handle hundreds of calls per day. I tried using Google Forms with multiple sections, but the Google servers couldn't handle the workload. When I shared the form and Google Sheet, the scripts couldn't process properly. Yes for sure, fill out the form a few times yourself to get the first few options.

You can use the split formula or if you want only specific items in each column you could use the query formula

Hi Matt, good video. FLATTEN was a nice touch. Have you tried SORT(UNIQUE(), to get data in Ascending Order and remove an extra step.
