Average customer call handling time count in their performance that can lead their low performance, there is manager who keep on shouting from behind and call you in cabin if you spend too much time to customer knowing that fact that exeutie can not disconnect call and neither ask you to disconnect, their are working in their environment to provide solution to the problem and solve your query not to help you with English practice.
