#kashmir से दिल दहलाने वाली खबरें आ रही हैं. बीते हफ्ते एक के बाद एक तीन कश्मीरी पंडितों की आतंकवादियों ने हत्या कर दी. आतंकवादी घटनाओं में आई तेजी के चलते कश्मीर में एक बार फिर से हालात खराब होने लगे हैं. लोग घाटी से पलायन कर रहे हैं. एक आंकड़े के मुताबिक इस साल जनवरी से जून महीने के बीच 20 लोगों को आंतकवादियों ने निशाना बनाया है.
अगली कहानी उन जालिया, फर्जी प्रगतिशील, उच्च शिक्षाप्राप्त, जातिवादी भारतीयों की है जो दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी टेक कंपनी #google में काम करते हैं. गूगल ने अप्रैल महीने में अपने यहां होने वाला एक टाक शो रद्द कर दिया. इस टॉक शो की वक्ता अमेरिका में रहने वाली दलित अधिकार कार्यकर्ता और इक्वैलिटी लैब की संस्थापक थेनीमोजी सुंदरराजन थीं. इसके विरोध में गूगल के जातिवादी, सवर्ण, हिंदुओं ने मोर्चा खोल दिया. दबाव में सुंदर पिचाई के गूगल ने घुटने टेक दिए.

And the community u are referring to, allow marriage not on the basis of law of ur land but by their land which clearly states if the females and males agree to marry/divorce by consent with witness and documents, then they be allowed to marry, and the condition is they should have reached the age of puberty. And there is no evidence of them violating this rule, even if they did, which I am not confirmed of. P.S.- i don't rely on S.M. or wiki for my knowledge in theology. Atul Ji, your views on the Indian CEO and people of Indian origin in silicon valley are absolutely correct. They were the biggest beneficiaries of the quota system introduced by the US government, that not only govern state institution, but also governs the private bodys. I disagree completely with Atulji's views this time. Please remember most of these meritorious candidates are driven out of India due to the faulty reservation system (which benefits even the richest from the lower caste) or lack of suitable infrastructure. When I couldn't qualify UPSC as a general candidate while my affluent friends from reserved category got through with lower scores, I sure didn't think I was born at the right place and right time.

I wanna know till how long are these people gonna cry and till where? Someone getting a position in google is already skilled and the compensation offered is best in the industry so how is that a discrimination? Tech companies hire on basis of skill. The conference really does not fit into the spectrum or the ideology behind technology itself. As a part of the tech industry myself I believe that such discussions are not a part of the tech culture and are completely irrelevant. Also, they can create an atmosphere where protests for reservations might step in and that is not what the tech sector needs. Reservation will never be a part of tech industry and any company/employees have the full right to cancel such events. Also, effects of reservation can be clearly seen in India. So please leave the tech sector alone , it does not need politics and reservation.
