Why does Google insist on making the frame of the Pro version glossy? It scratches easily. Give us the same matte finish as the smaller non pro.

I will wait for the Pixel 10. I still LOVE the finger print scanner on the back, the front scanner is a pain and have to enter the pin to open the phone!

Might be a faulty device then. Used to prefer on the back too, but the way I hold, it's now a hassle, where fromt is just better. To note: the pixels till now used optical print scanners, and now gets upgraded to ultrasonic, which "supposedly" works better

Inflation compounds. Inflation dropping just means the prices are going up slower this year than they were last year. Example: A $100 item with 9% inflation in one year becomes $109. The next year, inflation is 3%. That is 3% on top of the previous 9%, so $109 * 1.03 = $112.27.

I'm feeling the same. I did have problems with my first 7 Pro suddenly stopping wireless charging about 4 months after launch but Google replaced the phone for me and that's been fine since. I don't like how the 9 looks and the upgrades aren't anything I would need straight away.

@@bella-nz3lq If it's just because of video alone issues then it depends on how often you are using video to do things on a daily basis. If you believe it's more than just video.. then perhaps you might benefit to upgrade to the pixel 9 pro. Just do your research and see if you're phone provider offers any deals if you do decide to upgrade to the new pixel 9 pro later this year. It overall is up to each individual preference. But it really depends on your situation and if you feel it's worth upgrading to the pixel 9 pro or waiting an additional year. So I really can't answer whether or not you should upgrade or hold off one more year.

Not only did they not reduce the price of the phones, because there is no charger in the box, but they even raised it. The top models which is exencive have no chargers ,but the cheerps one have it?! Just stop to buy phones without chargers and headphones and they will put back everiting in the box like before.
