That didn't work at all. Mine is stuck in an endless loop where it keeps going into FastBoot Mode with a Device state: error! in red. No matter which mode I try to restart it in, it keeps going back to FastBoot Mode. I plugged it into my laptop and updated the driver to "Android Bootloader", but that didn't fix anything either.

Try put on the charger and then press and hold all the button (including power button and volume button), someone told me this and it's worked!!

Thank you so much for your video. I fixed my fast boot mode stuck Google pixel phone by simply scraping with a push pin around the down volume button until the button was unstuck. So if you entered fastboot mode because you're down volume button was not working try scraping around it with a sharp pin. A push pin works best. Once you're down volume button is free again hold the power button and down volume button together and the phone will reboot.

omg!!! thank you for this comment. my phone was in fast boot mode, and nothing worked until i read your comment about the down volume button being stuck. I tried to get it unstuck with a safety pin then proceeded to hold the power button and the down volume together, as you suggested, and the power came on. I'm super stoked that I didn't have to lose any file as this was completed in less than 2 mins. Thanks for leaving a non-tech response to a technical issue.

This doesn't work for me. The screen goes dark, and then and soon as I hold power again it pops back up... The screen is unresponsive completely to the volume buttons.

My Pixel 4A's power button does not work (I can press it, but there's no resistance/click) I managed to get into Fastboot Mode by holding "Volume Down" and connecting it to a charger, but cannot do much else there. I tried "ADB and Fastboot++" on Win10 and connected the phone to my PC via USB, but it doesn't find any device. Probably because USB Debugging isn't enabled on the Pixel. Do you have any idea how I can boot the phone without disassembling it?
